What you will need:
♥ A curling iron or curling wand.
We used the Conair youcurl 1 inch Curling wand in this tutorial.
♥ Heat Protectant.
We used Tresemme Heat Tamer Spray
♥ A hair tie
to section half of your hair
♥ A Brush or Comb
♥ Hair spray
♥ *Optional* Hair Smoothing Serum
We used Garnier Frutis Anti Humidity Smoothing Milk
Spray your hair with heat protectant to avoid excessive damage.
Spray about a foot away from your hair and coat your hair evenly with the spray.
Be sure to section off your bangs.
Tie up half of your hair. It is easier to curl in sections.
Run your fingers through your hair to make small sections that will be curled.

Curl away from your face.
If your hair is too long to completely wrap around the barrel,
curl the top half first, then the bottom half.
Leave about an 1"inch to 1.5"inches away from your roots uncurled
★If it's hard for you to judge how high to curl to;
★Make sure when you're wrapping your hair around the barrel, that your hair is flat. ★

Hair spray as needed.

When you have curled all of your hair, separate the curls by
combing them with your fingers or pulling small sections apart.
*Optional: Use a smoothing milk to rehydrate your hair.
This is recommended for people with dry or coarse hair.*
For softer curls, brush out your curls and comb them with your fingers.
This will give you some extra volume! ♥

If your hair has the tendency to uncurl very quickly,
pull the curls apart with your fingers instead of brushing them out.
Depending on your hair type, you may need to use hair spray in between steps.
